 Indian Acres Club of Thornburg (IACT), is a 800 acre campground that is made up of individual glens and lots owned by actual property owners and accessible 24/7, 365 days a year.  It is run by a Board of Directors composed of property owners and yearly dues are $900 at this time. This includes a 30amp service and water to each lot. Water is billed quarterly. Some lots listed include sewer. (This is not a time share.) This is a camping community(you cannot live here year round)

 There are many activities setup for the families to do during the spring and summer months to include all major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New years), such as: golf cart parades, dances, bands, cookouts, sport tournaments, firework display every 4th of July, religious life, ect.....  Water is turned off during the winter months and is announced through the monthly bulletin of actual turn-off dates, but all bath houses are heated and most open year around. (one in each glen)

 Winterization of trailers are the responsibility of the indidvidual property owners. There are plenty of property owners that will do this at a fair price if you do not know how to do this.

YOU MUST BE  PRE-APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAY PURCHASE PROPERTY AT INDIAN ACRES. 

Just go to the photo gallery and browse for the property that you are looking for. Appointments must be setup prior to facilitate admittance into Indian Acres (closed to the public). Some ads will be owner direct sales. These will show contact details. All others will be shown by me. 

I would also like to inform you that you may obtain a brochure from IACT that list lots for sale if you prefer. I am working at this time to have these listed here in PDF for your convenience.

We also are able to setup Deed transfer, IACT Approval process  and Final Bill of Sale for your convenience, for a small fee.

 To List Your Property:

To setup photo shoot of lot and/or trailer, simply go to the Contact Me tab or simply stop by my lot in 14B 119 & 120.  I charge a one time fee of $50.00 to post and you pay once property is sold through this site. I bring the buyer to you. I will leave properties listed on the site until lots are sold or removed by owner at no charge if not sold.

 Out-of-Towner's are not a problem. I can show your property for you. Just contact me for details and pricing.
